Barnetf, of ihe Ynited tates Signal Corps and Radio Staff in Juneau, has received orders transferring him to the important position of expert radio man at the Ketchikan station, relieving Charles S. Arnold, sent south. Mr. Barnett came to Juneau early in 1923 and was at first stationed in the cable station. When the Barnett was | an expert-in- ained in that radio in 1925, Mr. transferred there as charge and has r position to date. Mr. Barnett has made scores of friends during his residence in Juneau. He married one of Ju- neau’s popular young ladies, Miss le Price, and they have three ldren.
