Gallwas, Fire- men’s guard and forward, caged four from scrimage for eight points. The High School-Douglas Firemen tussle was a real thriller. The & score seesawed throughout the en- tire game and was only iced away in the final minutes of the last quarter when Sam Nelson came through with three pretty mid-court shots. Petersburg dcrcated Skagway, ¢ making a clean sweep of the three games, and Cordova took two out of three from Nome, Saturday night in the Elks mixed bowling tournament. In the opening match. Petersburg copped by 216 pins while Cordova nosed out by 21 pins over Nome. Bringdale had high single game score, 215 pins, and Barragar with 554 pins rolled high match score in the opener. In the second * match, Vanderleest bowled high single game, 182, and Danner and Sabin tied for high match score with 513 pins each.
