D, Nov. 22.—| At 21, Stuart MacMillan is both a | captain of industry and sport. He runs the North Dakota univer- sity football team and is the “big| gun” of his hometown of Mchue,g N. D. There he— Operates, a 3,000-acre wheat farm. Controls the weekly newspaper. Owns the town hall. Runs the motion picture theatre. MacMillan was a student at North Dakota when his father died, pass- ing the responsibility for the wide business interesis to the young man’s shoulders. That was last| spring. MacMillan left his studiesl to superintend the harvesting but returned to school this fall. In his last year at North Dakota, MacMillan runs the eleven from his | position at center. While 165 pounds is not heavy for that posi-| tion, he lives up to the reputation he gained last year as the best pivot man in the North Central Confer- ence.
