He made the trip on the Flagship Brant, Capt. E. L. Hunter. Owing to the extremely high ater in all streams, few fish have eached the spawning beds, Mr. Winn said. And the signs of fish in the bays and inlets were not numerous. The ru are appar- ently not favorable. Similar conditiond are reported {to prevail all over the Southeast Alaska district.
