The speedway would stage a 100-mile championship event in conjunction with the beach trials. It is their plan to make the winter race for speedway driv- ers and cars an annual affair, and to hold three smaller races on sum- mer holiday dates for Class B driv- ers and cars of the southeastern states. English Dirt Tracks Dirt track racing as conducted over the American horse trotting tracks is coming into favor in Eng- land.
