The job is the se- dan type and arrived from the Se- attle distributors on the last steam- er from the south. The Whippet design by the Wil- lys-Overland people is compara- tively new, having been placed on the market in the last few years. The Whippet was given to the pub- jic to meet the demand for a small- er car that was modern, economi- cal and sound mechanically, and in the price range of the averagc four on the market. Critics re- ceived the design with enthusiasm and with the yearly improvements that keep pace with all that is smart in car circles, the little job has been widely accepted. The sedan model at the Juneau Motors shows the great changes of the 1929 model over those of pre- vious years. With longer bodies, y higher radiator and hood, low, graceful lines, rich, harmonious colors and sweeping, full crown fenders, the new Whippet is defi- nitely an ultra-modern car of the light four and six field.
