A cable from the Alaska Pack- ers Association at San Francisco stated that they expect the pack at Bristol Bay to reach 1,225,000 cases before the season closes ext Wednesday, as compared to ;000 cases in 1927 ‘and 1,- ,000 in 1926, Mr. Faulkner gaid. While J. T. Tenneson of the Superior Packing Company at Tenakee, wrote saying that the pack at that cannery is far better than it has ever been at this time of the year. The Sunny Pcint Packing (‘um-l pany, of Skinner and Eddy, at Funter Bay is running to full capacity and they expect to put up a record pack, according to word received from the cannery. At the Northwestern Fisheries Company at Dundas Bay, all of the cans on hand will be filled today, a total of 27,000 cases, word from the cannery says.
