In spite of the gloomy weather the spirits of the boys were high and they were eagerly anticipating the rigours of cantp life ahead of them. Those who left this morning were Edward Mize, Leighton Strauss, Donald Delone, Arthur Ficken, Walter McKinnon, Thom- as Judson, Jr., Martin Lynch, Jr, Robert Simpson, Jr., W. S. Pul- len, Jr,, William Herriman, Ralph Robertson, Fred Harris, Ray Hur- ley, Ben Messer, Charles White, Walter Gerritzer, Billy Friend, and John Stewart.
