Tomorrow Night— i To'Raise Money Tomorrow night the Douglas Firemen will give one of their famous entertainments in Eagles hall for the benefit of the Depart- ment which is in much need of the financial aid at the present time, owing to its recent purchase of the Juneau Fire tfuck, which means a great deal to the whole town. No one will need to prepare the regular evening meal fpmor- row evening as the firemen are gQing to start their “Blowout” by agrving dinner in the Eagles' ban- quet room between the hours of 5:30 and 8. An appetizing menu has been prepared for this event and no one will be allowed to go away hungry. ‘All the card players on the Island and many from Juneau are expected to attend the card party which will follow the dinner, as the second feature of the enter- tainment. ‘There will be good prizes and after the cards, coffee will be served. 2 Then the music will ‘start and everyone who has already heard the “Cheechakos” play will cer- tainly be there for the dance which Will follow the card play- ing. <'hose who haven't. heard them play are urged to come and dance to some of the best music on the Channel. The dance will 1ast until one a. m.
