The building will be especially designed to house the annual fairs of the Souwtheastern Alaska Fair Association and to afford the community a great indoor playgrounds, sutiable for tenmis, indoor baseball, basketball, track work, and gymnastics. The preferred stock will be issued in shares of $50 par value and multiples thereof. The stock will be dated August 15, 1927 and will earn interest therefrom at the rate of six per cent. per annum. If shall be callable in whole or in part upon thirty days notice. The Southeast- ern Alaska Fair Association will enter into a contract with the Fair Buildings, Inc., for the purchase of the Fair Building and the proceeds thereof will be used to retire the preferred stoek. It is estimated that all of the stock will be retired on or before six years. The present management of the compnnie; consist of a Board of Directors camposed of—W. B. Kirk, W. S, Pullen, J. P. Anderson, R. E. Robertson, John Reck, and J. I. Mullen. The Directors believe the construction of the Fair Building will meet a civie want and solicit the subseriptions of the citizens of Juneau.
