NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE UNDER AN ORDER OF SALE. In The District Court of The Ténth Judicial District of the State of Idaho, In and for the County of Idaho. Reinhart Oesau, Plaintiff, vs, Frank Terhaar and Mary K. Terhaar, his wife, and George J. Terhaar, Defendants. Under and by virtue of an order of sale and decree of fore- closure issued out of the Dis- trict Court of the Tenth Judicial District, of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Idaho, on the 13th day of October, 1923, in the above entitled action wherein Reinhart Oesau, the above named plaintiff, obtained judgment and decree ‘of fore- closure against. Frank Terhaar| cree mentioned, the lands and and Mary K. Terhaar, his wife, and George J. Terhaar, the above defendants, on the said 13th day of October, 1923, for the sum of $4456.40 with inter- est thereon at the rate of 7 per- cent per annum from date of judgment to date of sale, besides costs and accruing costs. Said judgment having been filed and entered in the office of the Clerk of the said Court, on the 13th day of October, 1923, and recorded in judgment book 6 at page 206.
