Comes now George Behean, by ‘péti- tion, and represents to the board that at the time tax No. 76, in the city of Grangeville, was assessed in the year 1921, there was assessed as a lien. against said real estate certain personal property which did not be- long to the owner of the said real estate, that he has since become the owner of said real estate, and that he finds that the total tax assessed against said property for the year 1921 is delinquent and unpaid, and that he desires to pay the tax levied on the valuation of the real estate, but that this amount will not be ac- cepted by the tax collector without the payment on the said personal property: Wherefore, affiant prays that the board of county commissioners make an order that the said taxes on said real estate be received in full of the taxes thereon, and that the tax on the personal property be cancelled;, it is nereby ordered that the petition of said George Behean be granted, and the county tax collector is here- by instructed to make such entry or entries on her records as will cancel said personal tax, and receive tax on the valuation of the real estate as the full tax against said real estate.
