COUNTY SEAT NE With the receipt, Tuesday, by the state of Idaho of the pro- ceeds of the $2,000,000 state highway bond issue, highway construction in Idaho is expected {to shortly be resumed. This work, it is believed, will include further construction of the North and South highway in the Salmon river canyon. Mrs. Mabel Lanningham, of Grangeville, and Dan Johnson were married last week in Lewis- ton, and have gone to Whitebird, where they will reside. Mr. Johnson is a highway contractor and with C. M.
