Sale will be held rain or shine in the large packing house of the West End Orchard and Land Company, corner of Burrell at 12th Avenue, Lewiston Orchards. Property has been subdivided into 93 tracts and will be sold only as divided. Purchasers may buy as many parcels as they desire, but must make application and deposit of 21 per cent of purchase price prior to the time of opening of saie. No purchaser will be allowed to buy more parcels than he has made application to buy. Following is method of drawing. At 1:30 o'clock on Saturday, October 9, 1920, all applications will be placed in a box and some prominent man in Lewiston, who is a dis- interested party, will be asked to draw them out. The first one drawn will be No. 1 in line, the second one drawn No. 2 and so on till the applications are all drawn out. Purchasers will be entitled to receive them for examination, when they have paid 25 per cent of the purchase price. But they must be returned and left in escrow with the deed un- til payment is made in full.
