Hunter of Chicago, represent- ing the Hunter Acetylene Generator, 4) was in town Monday and made this office a call. Last year Mr. Hunter installed many of these lighting systems in the the Grangeville and Fenn country, and this fall has installed many sys- tems around Greencreek and Fenn, all of which are giving most excellent satisfaction. They are very simple to operate, are absolutely safe, not ex- pensive and require little attention. Like any other explosive fire must of course be kept away from the gas, and in order to avoid any danger of this kind, the machine should always be recharged in daytime when it is not necessary to have a lamp, lantern or matches around. As proof that this system is popu- lar in country homes, the following farmers in this and Greencreek vicin-| ity have had acetylene lights installed this fall: Adolph Hinkleman, Abe Hockel- rode, Al Higgins, Wm.
