JAYNF, +.’ formerly a special ‘Treasury agent, and an expert detective, where presumable forgorles were involved, has devoted much tlme and labor towards unraveling the Garficld-Morey Chinese letter mystery, and he hing ascer- tained not only that the published letter was & forgery, but in what particular office it ‘was concocted, by whom, and the names of tho men who fostered and encouraged its distribution.
