Now 3.6 mills on tho dollar on his valuation would produce £4,769,800.96, or $1,269,800.96 in excons of the amount authorized bylaw. At the rata of 2.7 mila on tho dollar, thoro wonld be raised £83,623,855.28,—more than - was nocossary. Tho vafuation of ' the real and craonal proporty in Cook County was put at B500.041,475, and on this tho Codnty Clork was authorized to oxtend taxes.
