Porter of Butte, Montana, insurance commissioner of Montana and state auditor-elect, yes- terday at the Northwest Mining as- sociation convention here. “I think I am the only blue sky commissioner In the United States who knows anything about the min- ing industry,” he declared. “The blue sky law is no good, it is a det- riment.
