Cohen. are in Wash- ington today, having been summon- ed by the department of justice for conference in connection with the claim of counsel for Gerald Chap- man that Chapman could not be ex- ecuted until he had first completed his service of 25 years at Atlanta for mail robbery. Chapman is under sentence to be hanged at the state prison at Weth- ersfield for the murder of a New Britain policeman a year ago.
