WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER -NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE. SALE, WHEREAS, default has been ade in payment of part of the money secured by a mortgage dated January 27, 1923, made by Franklin O. Holtzman and Ellen Emma Holtzman, husband and wife to the Casper Mutual Build- ing and Loan Association, a cor- poration duly organized and ex- isting under and by virtue of the laws'of the State of Wyoming, the undersigned mortgagee, whic mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the county Clerk and Ex-Officio register of Deeds in and for the County of Nationa, in the State of Wyoming, on the 6th day of February, A. D., 1923, and there recorded in Book 8 of Mortgages, Page 562, given to secure the promissory note of the said mortgagors to said mortgagee, in the sum of $8000.00, dated said January 27, 1923, due on or before June 25, 1982, in monthly installments of $40,00 as monthly dies, and $40.00 as monthly in- verest on said loan, and therefore default has occurred in the con- dition of the said mortgage, in that the said mortgagors have made default which has contin- ued for more than six months last past in the payment of monthly dues and interest, the a- mount of such delinquent’ dues now being $905.00, and of such delinquent interest now being $905.00; and said mortgagors have | also defaulted in the payment of taxés; and of premium on insur: ance; AND WHEREAS, said mort- gagee has elected ‘o exercise the option m said mortgage provided, whereby the remaining indebted- ness secured thereby hak become immediately due and_ payable, which on the date hereof is claimed to be as follows: to-wit.
