Do you want as Mayor a man who expeets to slip into office by reason of personal popularity and only a vague knowledge of his duties, or do you want a substantial business man, of broad financial experience, who has investigated his job and’ will know what to do to save you money when elected? ; Do you want a man as mayor who from his ignorance of the actual financial conditions of the city can make only meaningless statements, or none at all, or do you want a man who has studied your affairs from the public records, who will take you into his confidence, show you where the money goes and how some of it can be saved? C. E. LITTLEFIELD has looked into the financial status of the City of Casper and has familiarized himself with the present working system, with the result that he is in a position to manage financial affairs in manner whereby many thousands of dollars of tax money can be mined His many years’ residence in Casper has fitted him to know the condi- tions and requirements of the city and his qualifications as a successful business man are well known. Casper needs a thorough business administration at this time as never before. Let us for once lay aside sentiment and vote for a man who CAN and WILL inaugurate a policy of ECONOMY and EFFI- CIENCY without retarding the growth and progress of the city. VOTE FOR C.
