OMAHA, Nebr., Oct. 7. —(By the Associated Press) —No matter what the fate in committee of proposed resolutions regarding Col. William Mitchell, the army’s "tn bad” eritie of the national air service, indications were strong to- day that the subject of adopting an official attitude towards the Colone! would be taken to the floor of the American Legion's seventh national convention for a decisive contest.
