Sills, wife of Milton Sills, motion picture star, was granted an interlocutory decree of divorce here from her hus- band on grounds of desertion. She was given the custody of their only child, Dorothy, 14, She testified that Sills, who is in New York told her that he no longer loved her and left her August 11, 1924.
