F. Sunbrunn, chief counsel for the or- ganization, before Judge J. Foster ymes in the federal district court. The klan stadium here, valued at, 60,000, held as trustee by William ndlish, is represented by Cass Herrington, Denver attorney. Sunbrunn seeks to show that the| property was purchased by the Ku Klux Klan and that the organization owns it since members of the Denver r voted to secede from the na- ‘nal body. This ans the release of Smith as he started to serve his sentence in Oc- tober, 1919: Smith was convicted on a charge of burglar The sentence of Fred Dykes was reduced from 20 to°25 years to 10 to years, The shortening of the sentence of Dykes came as the re- sult of the plea of the mother and friends. Dykes was convicted on a charge of second degree murder. RAWLINS BRORDCKSTING STATION TO BE OPENED WLINS, Wyo., July 29.—Raw is to have its first radio broad- casting concert next Friday when Zenith Radio corporation will go the alr between 8 and 10 p. m. its 100-volt portable station which {s touring the country. Parco, @ neighboring city, has joined with Rawlins to make the oc- casion big success. The Parco Mu- c Producers association’s orchestra and several.of Rawlins’ local stars will entertain before the microphone.
