D., 5, by the City Clerk to the un- dersigned City Treasurer for col- lection. The owners of any lots, tracts or parcels of land or other property charged with assessment may redeem the same from all or any portion of the liability for the cost of such improvement by pa: ing the entire assessment, or any portion thereof, charged against such lots, tracts or parcels of land without interest within thirty days after the first publication noties, to-wit, on or before the 21st cay of March, A. D., 1925, The owner of such lots, tracts or parcels of land may redeem the same from all liabilities for the unpajd amount of said assessment at any time after said thirty days by paying the entire installment of said assessment unpaid and charg- ed against any lot, tract, or preel of land at ‘he time of such pay- ment, with interest thereon at the date of maturity of the last install- ment falling due and the entire ten equal installments with inter- est upon the whole sum unpaid, at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable at the same time that the installments are payable. All payments shall be made to the City Treasurer, This notice is given pursuant to the ordinances of the City of Casper and the statutes of Wyo- arcels of land without interest within thirty (30) days after the first publication notice, to-wit: on or before the 21st day of March, A, D., 1925.
