D., 1925, by the City Clerk to the undersigned City Treasurer for collection. The owners of any lots, tracts or parcels of land or other preperty charged with as- sessment~may redeem the same from all or any portion of the lia- bility for the cost of such improve- ment by paying the entire assess- ment, or any portion thereof, charged against such lots, tracts or parcels of land without interest, within thirty (30) days after the first publication notice, to-wit: on or before the 21st day of March, D., 1925. The owner of such lots, tracts or parcels of land may redeem the same from all liabilities for the unpaid amout of said assessment at any time after said thirty days by paying the entire installment of said assessment unpaid and charg- ed against any lot, tract or parcel of land at the time of such pay- ment, with interest thereon at the date of maturity of the last install- ment falling due and the entire ten equal installments with interest upon the whole sum unpaid, at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable at the same time that the installments are payable. All pay- ments shall be made to the City Treasurer. This notice is given pursuant to the ordinance of the City of Cas- per and the statutes of Wyoming.
