IT ORDAINED BY THE mevoR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CASPER, IG: 2 Seerion 1. In anticipation of the collection of special assess- ments for the improvement. of the streets and alleys and portions of streets and alleys in Sanitary Sewer District No. 16, in the City of Cas- per, Wyoming, and for the purpose of raising money. for, special im- srovements, improvement bonds of the City of Casper shall be issued and scld to the amount of Fifty One Thousand Eight Hundred Sev- enty and 13-100 $51,870.13) Dol- Jars, or so much thereof 2s shall be necessary for the payment of the construction of sanitary sewers and other improvements pale dental to such construction 0 satiitary sewers in said _Sanitary Sewer District No. 16, which bonds shall be payable only out of the funds derived from special assess- ments for the improvements ie Sanitary Sewer District No. 1 levied, assessed and collected in ursuance to law, and each of said onds shall specify the improve- ments for which said bonds are jshued and that said bonds are payable out of the funds derived from special assessments. SECTION 2. That the said im- rrovement bondi shall be signed y the Mayor ani attested by the City Clerk; shall be dated April 1, 1925, and shall mature on or be- fore ten (10) years from date as provided by law. Said bonds s! be in the denomination of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars each except that one bond may be o: such amount less than Five Hun- dred Dollars to make the issue correspond with the total amount of special assessments levied for such improvements. Said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six. (6). per cent per annum, pay- able semi-annually on the 1st day of April and October of each year until paid, and for which interest the proper interest coupons bear- ing the facsimile signatures res: pectively: of said Mayor and said City Clerk shall be attached to and made a part of said bonds. SAID IM- PROVEMENT DISTRICT AND FOR OTHER MATTERS RE- LATING TO ADVERTISING, SALE AND ISSUANCE OF BONDS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CASPER, WYOMING: i SECTION 1. WHEREAS the hearing of the assessment roll, as filed in the of- fice of the City Clerk of Casper, Wyoming on the 19th day of Jan- uary, A. D.,; 1925, for the ding of certain streets ANGHPDEHGDS of streets in the City of Casper, hav- ing been set down and coming on for hearing at 8 o'clock in, the evening of the 16th day of Febru- ary, A. D., 1925, at the City Hall, in the City of Casper and due notice of this hearing having been given in the manner and for such time provided by law, and said City Council being called to hear all objections to said assessment, and sitting as a Board of Equaliza- tion for the purpose of considering end acting upon said assessment roll and any objections thereto, and one objection having been filed against said assessment roll by F. Warner the council did then and there duly consider the same, and after due deliberation over-ruled it.
