Report having been made to the Board of Directors of School Dis- trict No. 2 in the County of Na- trona, and State of Wyoming, that the work contemplated under the contracts between said School District No. 2 in the County of Natrona and State of Wyoming, and the persons, firms and cor- porations hereafter named for the construction of the Mountain View school building, in Mountain View Suburb, Wyoming, has been completed, and that the said con- tractors are entitled to final set- tlement therefor, to-wit: 5 1. J. M. Taylor and James T. Orcutt, co-partners doing business as Taylor and Orcutt, for the con- struction of such school _ building (except heating, plumbing, gas fitting and ventilation.) 2. De C. O'Brion for the instal- lation of the heating, plumbing, fitting and ventilation in said building. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That all persons, firms, or cor- porations who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on such work in the construction of such building, shall within kirty days from the date on which this notice shall be last published and appear in The Casper Daily Tribune, file 2 verified statement of his, its or their claim with the said School District No. 2, in the office of the Clerk of said School District, Room 15, Stockmen’s Na- tional Bank Building, in the city of Casper, Wyoming, and that if he, it,or they shall fail to file their claim within the tinfe prescribed by this notice, the sai School District No. 2 in the County of Natrona and State of Wyoming, shall in no wise be liable to any such person, firm or corporation for any claim he, it or they may have for material furnished or work done in connection with such construction, Dated at Casper, Wyoming, this 28th day of January, A. Resclution WHEREAS, it is necessary that the County and Prosecuting At- torney of Natrona County, Wyo- ming, have two legal assistants to aid and assist him in the conduct of the prosecution of criminal ac- tions on behalf of the State of Wyoming, and to otherwise aid said County on. behalf of the peo- ple of the State, andy WHEREAS, the names of L. H. Sennett and Dyer Hays, two li- censed attorneys of Natrona Coun- ty, Wyoming have been suggested to said County Commissioners of Natrona county, to be employed as such assistants to said County At- torney, BE IT RESOLVED that sald L. H. Sennett and Dyer Hays be em- ployed by said “commissioners to assist the County Attorney of Na- trona County in the trial of cases and in the preliminary hearings, and in any other actions in which the State of Wyoming or Natrona County, or any of the officers thereof are named as parties and the County Attorney is by “law named to prosecute or defend the same.
