The objects of said corporation are the acquiring by purchase or otherwise, and the owning, hold- ing and disposing of oil and other mineral lands, the operating the developing of the same, the sell- ing, manufacturing, transporting and disposing of the products thereof, with power to borrow money, and to mortgage and en- cumber the property of the cor- poration, and to acquire all kinds of real and personal property in connection therewith, and to do all things necessary and conveni- ent to carry out effectually the main objects of said corporation.
