LEGAL NOTICES a NE ESE NOTICE OF THE ORGANIZA.- TION OF A CORPORATION Notice is hereby given that there was filed in the office of the secretary of state of the state of Wyoming, on the 19th day of November, 1924, the Articles of Incorporation of Golden | Dome Mining Company, which the name of the corporation. That the object for which the corporation was formed is to con- duct a general mining business in all its branches in the state of Wyoming and in such other states, territories, or possessions of the United States of America as may be determined upon by the stock- holders or the board of directors, In the prosecution of said gen- eral mining business said company may acquire by original location, mill site, or mining property and interests therein of every kind and character whatsoever; and may de- velope, dispose of or in-any way use the said mining rights, claims, locations, interests and = mining epepeey including the mining hereof, the preparation for mar- ket and disposing of the products and by-products of said claim and other property. That the amount of the capital stock of the company is $2650,- 000.00 divided into 260.000 shares of the par value of $1.00 per share. at the term of its exis ance is 50 vears. That the num- ber of directors of the company is five. “That the names of those who shall manage the affairs of the company for the first year of its existance are L. A. Chase, Geo, E. Lilly, C. M,. Elgin, Otis L. Thompson and L. H. Sennett. That the name of the town and county in which the operations of said company shall earried on fs in Casper, Natrona County, ‘Wyo- ming. That the office of said company is 802 O. S. Building on Second street in said city of Cas- per. That the agent in charge of the office of said company is Geo, E. Lilly.
