A. in the Rocky: Mountain and western states, arrived in Casper this morn- ing and will spend the greater part of the week here in conference with the secretaries, board and commit- tee members of the local association on various phases of the local work. A schedule is being compiled by the general sccretary, Miss Mary Kissick, so that all committee chair- men may -have the opportunity of advice and counsel from Miss Esgar during her stay and she will also meet with, clubs, committees and individuals Who may wish expert advice on problems connected with thejr work for the association.
