KEYSTONE SHEEP COM- PANY was incorporated in the of- fice of the Secretary of State, Cheyenne, Wyoming, on July 9th, 1924. The objects of said corpo- ration are the buying and selling, breeding ‘and maintaining of sheep, horses and cattle, and any and all other kinds of live stock, and the acquiring by purchase or otherwise, all real estate and ranch properties in connection with the above specified objects, with the power to mortgage, encumber, transfer and convey all kinds of personal property and real estate, and to make and execute any and all papers that may be necessary and convenient for the proper management, acquisition and dis- position of any and all of the above described properties, and with the full power to borrow money either upon the notes of the corporation, and by either giv- ing mortgages or chattel mort- gages to secure the same. Its cap- ital stock is Ten Thousand ($10,- 000.00) Dollars, divided into One Hundred (100) shares of the par value of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each. Its term of exist- ence is fifty years. The number of directors is three, and. those who will manage the affairs of the Company for the first year are Patrick ‘Sullivan, Bugene McCarthy and Nano Sulli- van. Operations of said Gom- pany will be carried on in Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming, and may be carried on in any other nlace in Wyoming. It may also ‘arry on its business outside of the State of Wyoming, and with- n any State, Territory, District or Posession of the United States wf America.
