That the City Council of the City of Casper hereby declares its in- tention to make an improve- ment by grading, constructing curbs, draining and paving certain streets in the City of Casper as follows, to-wit: Kirk Avenue from the east line of Lincoln Avenue, to the center ‘ne of the alley between Oak Crest Avenue and Bonnie Brae Avenue; Lind Avenue from the east ‘ine of Oak Crest Avenue to the center line of the alley between Oak Crest Avenue and Bonnie Brae Avenue; Oak Crest Avenue, from the south line of Kirk Avenue, to the north line of Lind Avenue; SECTION 2. That for the pur- rose of paying the cost of said im- wrovements, it is proposed. to cre- ate an assessment district which vill include all the property be- tween the termini of said improve- nents abutting or adjacent to the said streets, which said property consists of certain lots or parcels land all of which will be spe- cifically benefited by said im- »rovement, and the boundary of raid district to be as follows, to- wit: Beginning at the northwest cor- ner of Lot 4 in Block 149, original town, and running thence south- sasterly along the north line of Lots 4 and 9 in said Block 149 and Lot 4 in Blogk 172, a distance of 520.00 feet*to the’center line »f the alley between Oak Crest Avenue, and Bonnie Brae Avenue; ‘hence southwesterly along the center line of said alley a distance of 760.00 feet; thence northwest- erly along the south line of Lot 2 n Block 170, original town, a dis- tance of 150.00 feet, to the east line of Oak Crest Avenue; thence northeasterly along the east line of Oak Crest Avenue, a distance of 200,00 feet to the southwest corner of Block 171; thence north- westerly along the north line of Lind Avenue a distance of 210.00 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 6 in Block 150; thence north- easterly along the west line of Lots 6, 7 and 8 in said Block 160, a distance of 150,00 feet, to the center of the west line of said Lot ; thence northwesterly along the center line of Lot 3 in Block 150, a distance of 160.00 feet, to the east line of Lincoln Avenu thence northeaster! along the east line of Lincoln Avenue a distance of 410.00 feet to the point of beginning.
