SECTION 6. That no part of said improvements are to be paid out of the general fund or the road fund of the City of Casper. SECTION 7. That the said im- provements are to be maintained by the contractor for a period of five (5) years, and that the charge for the maintenance is to be in- cluded in the assessment of such improvement. SECTION 8.
