The recommendation of the com- mission {s that the report be approv- ed conditional upon the acceptance of {t by Germany. The commission was unanimous In registering its ap- proval The reparation committee will hear the German representatives ro- garding the report on Thursday April 17. An official declaration by the com- mission signed by Louts Barthou, its president, accepting the experts’ re- port, was issued this evening.
