M. on March 31, A, D, 1924 at the aforesaid City Hall, and Whereas, at the meeting held by the City Council at the above named City Hall, it was found that the remonstrants as disclosed by the above named remonstrance represented less than thirty-five per cent (35 per cent) of the property to be assessed in said Paving District No. 438, whereup- on, the City Council by ordinance proceeded with the creating of said paving district No. 48, the ordinance establishing the said paving district being in words and igures as follows to-wit: BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF CASPER: _ That a paving and improvement district to be known as Payin; District No. 43 is hereby exentel within the City of Casper, Wyom- ing, which district is hereby form- ed for the purpose of improving by grading, paving and other in- eidental construction of the above described streets and property. SECTION 2. That all portions of the said streets hereinbefore set forth included in said paving district No. 43 shall be paved be- tween the curb lines thereof in a good and substantial manner with pavement to be selected from one of the following kinds: Plain Portland cement concrete _ six inches thick, re-enforced Portland Cement concrete six inches thick, re-enforced Portland cement base four or five ‘nches thick with two ha... concrete top with plain’ Portland cement concrete base, four, five or six inches thick with two inch asphal- tic concrete top with. seal coat; three or four inch asphaltic con- crete base with two inch asphaltic concrete top with seal coat.
