Be it ordained by the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Casper, Natrona County, Wyo- ming, that: Section 1. In anticipation of the collection of the special as- sessments against the egeerty specially benefited by the local improvements of the streets and portions of streets in Sanitary Sewer District No. 15, in the City of Casper, Natrona County, Wyo- ming, and for the purpose of rais- ing money to pay for said local im- provements, improvement bonds of the said City of Casper shall be is- sued to the contractor, in the amount of Three Thousand and Eight Hundred Sixty-five Dollars and Thirty-eight cents ($8,865.38), or sp much thereof as shall be necessary, which such bonds shall be payable only out of the funds derived from the said special as- tessments against. the property specially benefited by said local |improvements in said Sanitary Sewer District No. 15, levied, as- sessed and collected in pursuance to the statutes of the State of Wyoming, and ordinances of the said City of Casper, each of which such bonds shall refer to the local improvements for which such |bonds shall be so issued, to-wit: The necessary trench or ditch, of | the average near depth of approx- imately ten (10) feet below the surface, and of sufficient width to permit of the efficient and practical laying of eight (8) inch vitrified ‘pipe sanitary sewer, to- gether with the fill of such ditch or trench, together with 1,048 Iinear feet of eight (8) inch vitri- fied pipe sanitary sewer, all com- plete in place, in the streets, road- ways, or public ways so improved within Sanitary Sewer District No. 15, in the City of Casper, in Na- trona County, in the State of Wyo- ming, each of which said bonds shall refer to the ordinance order- ing said improvements, to-wit: Ordinance No. 380A, entitled, “An Ordinance Creating Sanitary Sew- er District No. 15, and Providing for the Improvement by laying, construction and completion of Sanitary Sewer in portions of Cer- tain Streets, Avenues, Roadways, Alleys, or Public Ways, in said Sanitary Sewer District No. 15, and Apportioning the Cost There- of upon the Property in said Dis- trict.” Passed, adopted and ap- proved on the 15th day of October, A. Remedy of Bondholder confined to enforcement of assess- ment. Neither the holder nor owner of any bond issued under the era of this chapter shall have any claim therefor against the city by which the same is sued, except from the special as- sessment made for the improve- ment for which such bond was issued, but his remedy in case of non-payment, shall be confined to the enforcement of such assess- ments. A copy of this section shall be plainly written, printed or engraved on each bond so is- sued.” This bond may be called in and paid in its numerical order on any interest eens day whenever there shall be sufficient money in the local improvement fund against which this and the other bonds in this series are issued, over and above sufficient for the yment of interest on all unpaid onds, to pay the principal of one or more bonds, and interest here- on shall thereupon cease, provided call shall have theretofore been made in the official Newspaper as by law required; hen, by reason of non-con- formity to any law or ordinance or by reason of any omission, in-|j formality, mistake, error, delay or irregularity, any tax or assess- ment levied on account of said im- provement is invalid or is deemed invalid by the Council of said City, or is adjudged illegal, or in case of deficiences, the Council of said City will correct the same by prop- er proceedings as provided by law and will re-assess and re-levy the same and also an amount neces- sary to make up such deficiencies.
