Representative Ryan, the witness sald “dealt in 5,400 shares of Sin clair stock and 700 shares -of Do heny stock in 1922 and 1923 and realized a net profit of $8,645. Price McKinney of Cleveland, tes- tified that Albert B. Fall had writ- ten him late in 1923 asking him to agree to say he had loaned Fall $100,000. McKinney said he de clined to do so, because he had not made any loan to the former interior secretary, Representative Rouse, according to Bond's reports, bought 100 shares of Pan American Petroleum at $8,715 and there was no record of any sale. Representative Goodykoontz was shown to have made a net profit of $256 in Siclair consolidated and Mex- jean Petroleum. Representative Himes bought and sold to the extent of 3,500 shares of oil stock, but Bond's report did not show whether there was @ loss or gain.
