M, Gunn, doing business under ‘the firm name of McDonald and Gunn, party of the second part has for its purpose the collection of all delinquent personal prop- erty, taxes of Natrona County as set forth on the books of the County Treasurer of said County. 1. It is agreed and understood that the party of the second part shall furnish a good and sufficient surety bond to the party of the first part in the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to cover a full and proper account- ing of all monies collected to the credit of the said Natrona County by the party of the second part- 2. It is agreed and understood that all delinquent personal prop- erty taxes of the said Natrona County shall be placed in the hands of the party of the second part for collection. 8. It is agreed and understood that for the collection of the delin- quent personal property taxes of Natrona County. the party of the second part shall retain ten per cent (10%) of the gross amount collected, excepting certain fees known as Sheriff’s Fees for the service of necessary papers in the collection of the delinquent taxes, but nothing in this clause shall be interpreted to mean that amount for the actual mileage traveled in making the service which shall be- come a part of the delinquent col- lection and shall be collected and the same shall accrue to the credit of the party of the second part. that the parties of the second part shall receive the a es of deputy sheriff and Deputy Teasurer in order to properly qualify for the services of neces- sary papers. 5. That the said im- provements are to be maintained by the contractor for a period of five years and that the charge for the maintenance is to be included in the assessment for such im- provements. D. 1924, for the fol- lowing items in connection with improvements to the City Water Works System: ITEM A One Venturi tube type indicat- ing and recording flow meter cap- able of measuring two and one- half million (2,500,000) gallons daily, for 12 inch discharge line. ITEM B One 24-inch belt to deliver 200 horse power at a speed of 5200 feet per minute, running over 78 inch diameter drive pulley and 20- inch diameter driven pulley, Manufacturers of cither must state guarantee, Specifications for Belting Bids may be submitted on eith- er leather or canvas to conform to the following specifications: belt Leather Leather belt to be two-ply oak tanned made from center cuts, best selected ‘hides tanned and curried by the most approved me- thods, thoroughly impregnated with a water resistant water re- pellent ‘material, and built up with a special waterproof cement. Canvas The duck shall weigh from 32 to 33 ozs. per square yard of 36 inches. The construction shall have 28 picks to the warp of 6- ply yarn and 16 sleys to the filler of 7-ply yarn. Stitching shall be No. 8 cotton thread, 28 to 44 stitches per foot, rows spaced every quarter inch across face of belt. The tensil strength of the warp, minimum shail be 424 lbs. per inch per ply and of the filler 300 Ibs. per inch per ply.
