The local board recommends that a certificate be not issued to the Wyoming Railroad company for au- thority to build a 21-mile line paral leling the proposed North and South line to the Salt Creek oil fields, but that joint trackage rights be granted the Wyoming raflroad to use the tracks of the North and South line. Foster prosecuting attorney is that they were picked up by the boys Saturday evening about 9:30 while on their way to a North Casper dance hall. After dancing awhile down- town about midnight and then the boys started out the highway. When the girls threatened to jump out the boys speeded up the machine. At a point approximately 25 miles out the boys stopped the machine, made demands on the girls and then refused to bring them back to town he quartet stayed in the car unti!
