Good breeding is reflected in greater profits for the producer and is an important step in the building up of the livestock indus- try. What will this year’s figures} show? BiG FURNITURE CHE TO OPEN A sensational receivership male will be started tomorrow at the store of the Exchange Furniture and Hardware company, 215 to 219 ‘West First street at which time, every item of a $100,000 stock will be sold. The party putting on the sale has taken over the entire busi- ness of the company from hands of the receiver who was appointed by the court to satisfy the creditors. For that reason the prices existing during the sale have little or no re- lation to the cost of the merchan- dise. Money must be raised immeci- ately in order that creditors may be satisfied. “Don't crowd!” fs the warning is- sued by those staging the sale. Al- though the store is a large one it will probably be crowded to the limit especially on the first day of the sale. The store is closed today so that the stock may be arranged for the sale which starts at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning. Among the things which are to be sold starting Wednesday are furni- ture, house furnishings, restaurant equipment, hardware and paints. ‘The different departments handling these lines have an extensive var- fety from which purchases may be made. The Exchange Furniture and Hardware company has always tried to keep its prices exception- ally low. The additional receivership sale reduction means a further cut which should be attractive. ee STAR GROCERY 10 BE OPENED ON WEDNESDAY, NINTH AND CHESTNUT ‘Wednesday morning promptly at | 8 o'clock will see the opening of Casper’s newest neighborhood gro- | cery, the Star Grocery, located at | Ninth and Chestnut streets. A. L. | Peak and C. E. Stevenson are the proprietors and are more than en- thusiastic about the future of their estbalishment. The new store will handle both groceries and meats, and should prove exceedingly popu- lar with the housewives of the southwest side. Aid ES FURNITURE.
