In his suit Landau says that Sep- tember 1, last he received from Green the four notes in question On January 14, according to Lan dau, he called at Green's place of with the notes. and has destroyed them. Landau asserts he is 72 years of age and that Green's physical ability wan sufficient to overcome his strength.
