It correctly forecast the defeat of Mr. Taft in 1912,"the close victory of Mr. Wilson in 1916, and the enormous majority of Mr. Hard- ing in 1920. SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 25—The fifty ninth annual meeting of the National Wool Growers’ Association closed yesterday With the reelection of Frank J. Hagenbarth, of Spen- cer, Idaho, as president. Hagen- barth has been president since 1912. Resolutions adopted by the wool growers in the closing session in- cluded: Declaration that the proposed for- est service plan to increase the graz- ing fee was unjust and shou'd be contested even into congress. Declaration that the congress whould pass a law making a fee of more than administration costs im- possible. A request to the tariff commission President Coolidge and Congress that the tariff on raw materials be left as at present. Endorsement of the McNary- Haughen bill which is designed to create an export corporation to take care of excess agricultural pro- ducts, Formation of districts to cooper- ate with railroads in securing trans- portation facilities for shipping lambs. Recommendations that coopera- tive wool marketing associations be created by wool men of the various states. The convention city for next year will be chosen in August by the ex- ecutive committee. Pocatello, Ida- ho, and San Francisco have request- ed the convention. F. A. Ellenwood of California was reelected first western vice presi- dent. A. A.
