Otto Neithammer, Victor Neithammer, Charles Neithammer, Herman Neithammer, Mary Neithammer, The object of the corporation is to carry on a general slaughter- ing and packing-house business, and to do all things necessary or incident thereto, such as dealing in all kinds of meat, meat prod- _ ucts and by-products,’and to that end to buy, fora or otherwise ac- quire such real estate as may be necessary or convenient in con- nection with. the said business, and to buy, lease, own and operate trucks, automobiles, refrigerator cars and other methods of convey- ance, and to construct and own side tracks and switches, if neces- sary or corivenient in connection with said business. The operations of the company shall be carried on in the State of Wyoming, and other states of the United States.
