Davitt, of Lavoye, and less re- cently of Teapot, was at the new railroad terminal of the North and! South railway on Tuesday making arrangements to ship his new hand- some popcorn and peanut machine to Denver, Colo. He declares he, cannot get water in Lavoye even with which to wash his hands, to say nothing of drinking water. Mr. Davitt’s rise from the obscurity of driving Paap’s grocery delivery wagon at Teapot, to the proprietor- ship of the new handsome popcorn and- peanut machine, which he operated successfully in Teapot. later graduating to Lavoye, has been nothing short of meteoric, gaining him a large and enviab! publicity.
