Elgin, formerty of the Elgin! Shoe and Clothing company, and Al Jacobs, formerly manager of the in- stifiution which the men have bought out. Mr. Jacobs has been tn the cloak and svit business for 28 years and has been in Casper for more than a year. He feels that in the time he has spent here he has learned the wants of Casper women and is qualified to satisfy them, Mr. Elgin opened the first exctustve gents’ clothing store in Casper dur- tng the year 1904. He was in busl- ness here up until two y last May, at which time he sold out his store to the .CampbellJohnson company. The National Sampte Coat and Suit store has achieved a great business in its location on North Center street, Henning hotel, bufiding and has be- come an inistitution that is well patronized. The new management intends to maintain a popular priced ladjes’ ready-to-wear store. A sale will open tomorrow for ths purpose of closing out the ela stock of goods to make room for a stock that has been ordered by Mr. Elgin and Mr. Jacobs.
