COMPLETES TWO WELLS IN WEEK Parker-Dunbar and Wyoming-Associated Leases Give Up Good Produucers In Salt Creek; Other Operations Detailed Two completions are reported by the Midwest Refining company in the Salt Creek field for the week just ended. Parkman-Dunbar well No. 21-A on the southeast quarter of section 12-40-79, was completed at 2,469 feet and is now swabbing. Wyoming-Associated well No, 18-A, on the north- east quarter of section 36-40-7 The production the first 24 hours amounted to 871 barrels and the well is to be produced as a shale well. The Midwest operations on wildcat wells end in the Baxter Basin and Elk Basin fields are as follows: Neiber Dome Test Well, depth 2,510 cementing 10 inch casing. Midwest Test Well No. 2, depth 4620 feet, drilling, hole caving Miguel Creek, New Mexico, depth 815,drilling. It is understood that offset wells will probably be started immediately. It stands in the grounds of the Hinsdale Public library, and consists of a twelve- pounder field gun of Civil.war type mounted on a cut-granite base, on the sides of which are bronze tab- lets containing the honor rolls of the loyal men of Hinsdale, both the Uving and the dead, who served in all wars of the United States from the Revolution to the World war.
