COAL PRICE 10 CLIMB STEADILY DURING SEASON Will Follow Trend of Labor and Material, Railroader Says. CLEVELAND, May 22—wWith the upward trend of labor and material costs and difficulties of mining, the cost of coal must steadily rise in the future, J.
