CHICAGO, May 10.—(By The Associated Press.) The Philadelphia Athletics lost a chance to step on the heels of Cleveland and Detroit in the American league yesterday by losing to the St. Louis Browns, while freakish weather kept the Yankees, Indians and Tigers idle, in addition to all the second division clubs except the browns. You phone your grocer and you want not only quality in gro- ceries, but also Service in delivery. The plumbing fixtures in your house spring a leak—you put in a hurried call for the plumber—you expect Service. In your daily newspaper you expect to find late happenings of a busy world. But perhaps the grocer is out of the particu- lar groceries you want. Perhaps no plumber can be found who is able to leave his present work and hurry to your assistance. The daily newspaper may have been late going to press or perhaps was never delivered at your fome at all. You are dissatisfied with the Service in any of these cases, but “such things will hap- pen,” you tell yourself and you are soon ready to overlook thesé little failings. But the Natrona Power Company, like other public utilities, must exist by reason of Service alone. No matter what happens or what might happen—a public utility is expected to give Service. So the Natrona Power Company, knowing that its purpose in Casper is a Public Service—is always striving to give the people what they expect of a public utility—Perfect Service.
