Match- maker Tom O'Rourke announced after the New York state athletic commis- sion had granted a license to Kilbane. Kilbane and Criqui, O'Rourke added, have signed an agreement calling for the winner of the bout to fight Johnny Dundee of New York within three months. This, he said, was ac- cepted by the commission as an alter- native to its stipulations that Kilbane accept Dundee'’s long standing chal- lenge before boxing the Frenchman. Dundee was declared to this arrangement. The action of the newly created license committee of the state com- mission in granting a license to Kil- bane amounted to*restoring in this state recognition to the Clevelander as world’s title holder th the 126 pound division. ee a eer ‘According to scientific the water that goes over Falls represents a waste of energy at. the rate of about $5,000,000 « week. to have agreed —— Armstrong heavy print’ linoleum, the ideal floor covering and the prices are low at Graham Shields Furniture Co. ‘Tum WELL-Iknown Mepicores ov ey Famous Receirr Doox Aurnom K-L Pills For Kidney and Livey Troubles, Constipation, In- testinal Indigestion and Kindred Ailments je leads to serious Ie, ign of liver trouble te Ifyou have attacks of headache, If you hi ated tongue, {fyou have afickle appex tite, you probably are bilioug= which may lead to derangement of the jiver and to serleug and quite often fatel results, Read this strong endorsement of Dr, A, W.
